CORBA

Remedy IT is actively supporting CORBA for various programming languages and operating systems.

Besides supporting our customers with using CORBA we are involved in the OMG CORBA standardization process. One of our recent activities has been the addition of compression to CORBA, called ZIOP.

For the C++ users we are delivering commercial support for TAO as the opensource CORBA implementation. Our staff is part of the core development team and has implemented a lot of the features of TAO.

For Ruby we deliver R2CORBA as the ORB to be used.

Our team uses JacORB for Java applications and has built up a lot of knowledge in this area. We can assist with JacORB LINK related services.
